14-Day Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you.

How to return your order:
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to the My Orders page by clicking on the account button and selecting "My Orders".
3. Find the order you want to return and click to see the order details.
4. Click the "Return item(s)" button below your order items and follow the prompts to schedule your return.
Returns will incur a fee of USD 1.99 per item. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received using the label provided by us. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of UPKINIFY.

These terms do not apply where your purchase is faulty.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale/promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return through the order page, send back the original item, and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods for any reason within 14 days. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and post the refund.
