All orders will be processed in USD.
Service Areas
We currently ship to China and Malaysia. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
We appreciate our international community and would love to ship worldwide.
Delivery
Orders are expected to reach customers 3–10 business days after confirmation. If you refuse or fail to collect your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees, and return costs. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Methods
Orders will be shipped via our preferred courier carriers: DHL and FedEx, among other shipping methods.
Cancellation
We understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If an order is already prepared for shipment, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For cancellations requested more than 24 hours after the order is placed, a cancellation fee of $1.99 USD will be charged.
Renturns
You can shop with confidence. If an item isn't right for you, you're welcome to return it to us.
A fee of $1.99 USD will be charged per returned item. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received using the label provided by us.
